We make every effort to keep information (including prices) on this website and other advertising materials to be as accurate as possible and always up to date. However, we reserve the right to make changes and corrections as necessary.

Risks & Safety
Our guests acknowledge that all our trips are intentionally designed to take clients “off the beaten path” to places where facilities, infrastructure, safety and other standards may not be sophisticated and may be different from those in our a guest’s home country.
Trips involve physical activity that can be demanding, depending on the condition of the guest, and the risk of serious personal injury, including permanent disability and death from accident, illness or the actions or negligence of other persons. Medical facilities and services may not be easily accessible and may not be sophisticated. There are other risks associated with the trips, such as theft or loss of or damage to property. Some of the services provided in connection with the trip, including lodging, transportation, food service, and local tours and activities, are obtained from independent suppliers over whom Veson Adventures has no control.
Veson Adventures takes safety very seriously, however, there it is impossible completely eliminate risk in the wilderness and mountain environments. Prior to undertaking any of our courses or trips we require you to sign a waiver. Mountain and weather conditions can be extremely unpredictable and can change quickly. Our guides reserve the right to make necessary trip itinerary changes to mitigate risk to ensure our guests’ and their own safety.

Trip Itinerary Changes and Alternate Trips
All our trips are subject to itinerary changes based on a variety of circumstances, including, but not limited to, mountain and weather conditions, permit availability, river crossings, transportation, wildlife, park or land closures, forest fires, and in order to ensure our guests and staff safety.
At times alternate dates or alternate trips in different areas may be offered as substitutes. The price of a booked trip will never change once you’re registered. Payments are not refundable for itinerary changes, alternate trips, and land closures.
If a trip is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control and no alternate trip or itinerary is offered, a trip credit equal to the amount paid so far will be issued.
Eligibility, Health and Physical Fitness
By sending a payment or a deposit toward your trip purchase, you certify that you do not have any physical condition or disability that would create a hazard for you or other guests. Please consult your doctor. You also certify that your health and physical fitness (at the time of the trip) is sufficient to complete the trip based on the information and advice provided on this website or after consulting with us.
We require that our guests be at least 18 years of age (at time of travel), or our guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their guardian adult, preferably a parent, or their guardian/parent signs a waver on their behalf.
Limitations of Liability, Release and Indemnity
We fully rely on each guest (customer) to read, sign and return our standard Acknowledgement of Risk, Release and Indemnity form (also known as waver). This document will be sent to you after you have paid your initial payment or deposit. The document must be completed and returned to us before we start your trip.
Taxes
Prices of all our trips are subject to the applicable federal value-added tax (GST or HST), some of which may be recoverable by some visitors to Canada.

In order to effectively communicate with our guests and to provide them with the best service we will ask them to provide us certain information.
We mainly collect this information through email forms on our website (vesonadventures.com), through email communication, phone calls, or personal communication.
Personal Information We Collect
The information we collect will vary depending on which contact form on this website our guests use or which form of communication they will have with us, but at the minimum we will ask them for their name, email address and phone, and whatever questions or comments they may have.
During the trip booking request, reservation and purchase process we will collect further information in order to ensure safety of our guests and to provide them with the best experience. This information may include and extend beyond their dietary preferences, personal preferences, referral sources, country of origin, allergies, physical and health details.

When visiting vesonadventures.com, approved third parties (Google Analytics, Google Adwords, etc.) may place cookies on users’ browsers for targeted advertising purposes.
